Tracing the Sky

The piece was an exercise in turning an old dark cellar into a magical mixed reality environment which could be interacted with and explored using a mobile device as a controller.

We developed a novel projection mapping technique using convex mirrors to do a full room-scale projection in the amazing vaulted cellars. This made the whole build the canvas for the work, so that visitors could literally be inside the artwork.
